Elicina offers flat rate shipping of $10 for all Australian orders under $100. Enjoy free shipping for orders over $100 Australia-wide.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Australian Shipping

Please allow 2-6 business days for delivery after your order leaves our warehouse. You will receive tracking information (check your junk mail!). Rural deliveries may take up to 10 days. For faster delivery, select express shipping at checkout.

International Shipping

Delivery typically takes 3-20 business days. You will receive dispatch information (check your junk mail!). International shipping fees vary based on destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that you are responsible for any import taxes or duties.

Order Issues

Orders are sent with authority to leave. Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in a $10 reshipping fee. We cannot cancel or refund accepted orders. However, orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a 15% cancellation fee. Sale items cannot be returned.

● Products without an order number or packing slip

How to Return Unopened Products
1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery to request a return.
2. Ship the unopened product within 14 days of return authorization, including a tracking number.
3. Email your tracking number to info@elicina.com.au with your order number as the subject.
Refunds will not be issued for opened, damaged, or late returns.

International Orders

Delivery typically takes 3-30 business days after dispatch. International shipping fees vary
and are calculated at checkout. You are responsible for import taxes or duties.
We recommend purchasing transit cover for loss, theft, or damage protection. Without transit
cover, we are not liable for lost or damaged parcels.
