Refund Policy

Order Issues

● Authority to Leave: All orders are shipped with "Authority to Leave" instructions. Please ensure your delivery address is secure. If an incorrect address causes a return, you'll need to pay a $10 re-shipping fee. We cannot refund orders due to incorrect addresses.
● Order Cancellation: We generally cannot cancel or refund accepted orders. However, you may cancel an order before it's dispatched and you've received a confirmation email. A 15% cancellation fee applies due to payment processing and
administrative costs.

Returns

● Unopened Products:
○ Unopened products can be returned within 5 days of delivery.
○ Returns must be shipped within 14 days of authorisation from our Customer Service Team.
○ Include a tracking number and email it to info@elicina.com.au with your order number.
○ Opened, damaged, or late returns are not eligible for refunds.
● Non-Returnable Items:
○ Products with broken seals
○ Opened products
○ Items not purchased from www.elicina.com.au
○ Items without an order number or packing slip
○ Gift cards
○ Returned items without a tracking number
